We follow the PAC Process (Paid As Consultant) — a proven framework that keeps your design, budget, and goals aligned from the very beginning. It’s where collaboration, transparency, and careful planning come together to create projects that are achievable, functional, and deeply personal.

What is the PAC Process?

The PAC Process changes the way homeowners, designers, and builders work together.
Instead of bringing a builder in after the design is complete, the builder becomes part of the team from day one.

How It Works

Step 1 – Enquiry & Fit Check

We start by getting to know your project through our enquiry form and a follow-up conversation. This helps us understand your goals, your stage in the journey, and whether we’re the right fit to move forward together.

Step 2 – Plan & Design Together

Working collaboratively with trusted designers, we align your vision with your budget from the start. Our experience and construction knowledge ground every decision in reality — avoiding surprises later.

Step 3 – Detailed Proposal

Instead of a “free quote,” you’ll receive a comprehensive proposal that clearly outlines the scope of works, inclusions, exclusions, and allowances — ensuring every element of your project is accounted for. This approach gives you a transparent understanding of what’s involved, what’s covered, and where your investment is going before signing a contract.

Step 4 – Construction

With documentation complete, we bring your renovation to life. You’ll experience clear communication, structured systems, and a team that values your home as much as you do.

Step 5 – Completion & Aftercare

We hand over a finished space ready for your family to enjoy and we remain available for support long after the keys are handed over.
